hi all..

I want to put up a load of photos, all on one wall.. the thing I have in my mind is a grid of poly-pockets (obviously minus frosted effect) A4 size, maybe A5, all joined together, and hung from some hooks at the top.. maybe 2m wide by 1m tall.. basically a large checker-board of photos..

anybody know where I might be able to get something like that? or similar?

Hmm, read the thread title and was wondering what you really had in mind for your photo-wall.

the one in Gateshead didn't have anything like that when I worked there. They have loads of frames, and "film-strip" but nothing you free hanging.

Ikea do clear plastic frames that you can hook together vertically, the even sell the hooks to make it all work..

as I say, not in Gateshead we didn't
Thats nto saying much mind - the one in Gateshead is the smallest in the country and is desperatly trying hard to get permission to go double height.

had a look on the ikea website, but couldn't find anything except the film-strip things.. but that's not saying much either.. as their website routinely misses quite a few things out, that are in the catalogue/store... will have to go have a look there sometime...

thanks all.

I do believe that Habitat used to sell exactly what you are looking for.

Sounds like he's going to have to go through the "flash bks" if he really wants it then
