If there had been a big, fat bumble-bee on the first one it would win hands down, but I like the red/blue one...just like the colours.

1) Technically decent but uninspiring
2) A bit too manipulated for my liking
3) Retina bleeding colours - but I quite like them. My favourite one

Personally, I don't care what people think of my pics. If I like them then that's all that matters. Whats good to one person could be crap to someone else. It's all subjective really

Couldn't agree more Dave. It's just that in this case I'm working on ideas for my next exhibition and was trying to get feedback - as I'm not going to be buying them!

The 'Warhol' idea of starting with one decent photo and belting it through PS is a good way to fill wallspace for minimal effort and people can buy it straight or jazzed up.

I was playing around with some other flower shots today and was surprised to find that effects which look good with one shot look crap with others. And this one is straight from the camera, just cropped a bit:
