Full Frame Fun
Discussion
went out today with the new toy so that I could start to get to grips with it - and also to enjoy the nice weather in London. An extra bonus is that I have just received my polarizer back that I thought had been lost, a nice suprise. However, this is the first full frame camera that I have used seriously (went from APS to early small sensor DSLRs), so I had the pleasure of experiencing vignetting for the first time. Joy.
Only had one lens out with me, the canon 16-35mm. Pretty good bit of kit, but I don't find I get particularly exciting photos with wideangles in this sort of environment. more practice needed obviously. the camera behaved itself very well, but for some reason this image kept on going through my mind,
come on Canon, a wider neck strap would be nice when you're carrying 2kg+. Nikon can do it...
Anyway, here a few pics, nothing spectacular
overall, I'm very much looking forward to getting in a few decent lens, and really putting the camera to work. the full files look STUNNING, I'm sure the prints will be equally good
