Aah, I thought it was history as the image appears to be quite sharp in those places, but I see the smudge effect on the white line now

The shot was originally taken at 1/4000th or something like that, so everything was pretty much frozen. To give it a bit of life I selected the three vehicles, inverted the selection then used the motion blur->zoom option to give the impression of motion. Works reasonably well but the copy I used here has been a little over sharpened which doesn't help, and I didn't spend nearly as long on it as I would have needed to for no-one to notice the problems as you have done. Still on the whole I'm pleased with it, and one man's "cheating" is another man's "I don't care if it's cheating I like it so there!"

Ah, k, wasn't accusing you of "cheating", just interested in what u had done to it

There is a big 1600x1200 version here which still isn't great - particularly around the front wheel of the bike and also the front of the sagaris. But it represents about 10 minutes work so I'm not too bothered. One day I'll do a really good job of it, but I wanted to get it posted up so did a rush job

I'll post the original a bit later on tonight when I'm at home.

Not a particularly bad effort, I may have a play with that if I'm bored later
