Twisting circles in PS
Discussion
Go back to where you took the car picture, turn camera, retake picture. ....and Bob's your Un-------
Oh - what in Photoshop? Yeah, doddle. Draw a selection and rotate it. It's sort of easier to do than explain. Eliptical Marquee thingy gets you started best, I think. Then Transform > Rotate!
You've got your uncle Bob back!

I took this at the weekend and have made a few tweeks in PS but would like to turn the prancing horse to a better position. Any advice on this would be appreciated.
I believe you can...
Use the circular marquee tool and select the horse.
Press Ctrl+T to Transform the selection
Place the pointer just outside one of the corners, the icon should change to a bent, double-ended arrow (oo-err)
You should then be able to click and drag the horse round to the required position
When ready, press enter to commit the changes
And Ctrl+D to remove the "marching-ants" selection thingy.
The above came from guess-work/memory so could be wrong (I can't remember whether you can transform a selection in the way described). Someone brainy person will be along shortly to tell you how I'm sure...
HTH,
Phil.
PS You can use the same principle for the dust-cap too!
