hi,
my sister graduated yesterday and for some reason the sony was unable to take any decent pics of the ceremony.
if you have not got anything else important to do could someone with editing software see if this can be made to look better?

or is it not good enough in the first place to be made any better?

Beyond cropping I don't think that there is too much you can do with it. You might be able to improve the colours etc, but for the actually quality of the image, I think you are stuck with it I'm afraid.

Not much to go on, but here's a quick stab at it. Bit of crop, levels, curves, shadows/highlights then hue/saturation and noiseware...

in answer to the title....yes

but seriously, I would say that there's not much that can be done in the enhancement department. PS. It looks suspiciously like Exeter Uni, and I have similarly unfortunate pictures of my wife graduating there, taken from the "gods" in bad light. Its not an ideal venue.
