Well overdue! But here are a couple of shots from the last shoot.

Had a great day - learnt a lot and would defiantly be interested in another go!

These are all from iphoto so just had a change to b/w or a border etc - need some lessons in PS!

100% interested in this, let me know the dates and prices.

I have a car (Z4) or can shoot others, either is fine. I would love this as I'm quite into my photography.

Hi all,

I would just like to say a big thanks to Pete and Paul for a fab day yesterday at the PistonHeads photo shoot and to everyone for making it such a fun day.

The studio is amazing, and Pete your walk through of how to set up the lights and tips on shooting were invaluable.

Here are some of my pictures from the day, these are shots straight from my camera, any C&C welcome.

By the way hope you found your way out of Teddington in the end Paul (R8)!

Have to echo what Karen said a brilliant day with lots of useful information to take in.

A selection of the pictures I took. They have had some minor tweaking in Lightroom. Sods law said the my monitor packed up just after I started to get them off my camera so all the work I did was done on a cheap and cheerful 15" monitor!

On to a few pictures, more can be seen on my flickr pages.

A couple of other shots!

Comments welcome

Another great day guys, with this and the Rolls-Royce Sunday Service it's been quite some weekend.

Nice pics so far, but that chap in the glasses ruins the last one......

Yep it was a good day out, enjoyed it a lot.

I'm not sure how much I can apply to car photography until they develop the 50' square studio that you can fold up into your back pocket, complete with 30KW of lighting...

All these are straight from the camera, I haven't had time to edit anything yet.

The one thing that stands out from my photos is : I seriously need to clean the sensor / lense!!! smile

Did I miss the demonstration of how to do the overlaying of the photos? Is there something online I can have a peruse of?

I've played about with masks and layers at work, but just learning as I go and I've no doubt there's heaps of tips and tricks out there I don't know!

Belated thanks to Paul, Pete and Adam for a great day. I've now realised that I know absolutely nothing about how to use Photoshop. My three favourites from the day below, the rest are here

Hey

I attended September's shoot this morning and I just wanted to say a big thank you to Paul, Pete and Adam for their great session. It was good to meet all the guys there today. I think there may be some stunning images appearing on this post in the next couple of days.

Cheers everyone

Sorry for the post after post haha, just getting into quick edits. Had to play with this beast, I think all will agree that it was the nicest car of the day. Please try to ignore the home made drip tray, and 5 points if you spot the engine.

Hey Ben, some fantastic shots there. I love what you did with the Jag and the engine, and your edit on your little Mazda 2 is excellent

Just want to add my thanks to Paul/Pete/Adam and the other guys there who made the day. Some great cars turned up and it was a superb chance to learn a bit about studio photography.

Your pictures are incredible Ben - difficult to believe we were in the same place. Love what you've done to my 350 Ju.

Anyway - here is my pic of the Scooby. I look forward to seeing what else people came up with!
