I like the way you've got down low to shoot these - nice work clap

Went to a local reservoir hoping to photograph starling murmurations. Only saw a few "mini-murmurations" like this, but when I got the shots onto the PC, noticed that there was a sparrowhawk closing in. And not photoshopped in afterwards!

That's a great shot Ed, always like seeing interesting behaviours and interactions captured well in pics.

Not the sharpest thing ever but it was handheld at 1/100th so quite happy to have got anything!

Shot with my new 100D with 400mm wide open at f5.6 and iso 800 so quite pleasing to get a half decent result in very testing conditions.

Looks like you've got a good handle on the new body DD.

Couldn't find a partridge in a pear tree so hopefully a few kites will suffice... heavy crop at full extension on a 80-400 - I would not have got a step nearer without them scarpering

We went to feed the ducks yesterday.

These 2 seemed to have an issue with each other

Coot family arrived as well

As we were leaving the Long Billed Correllas decided to go too
