Not a peregrine. Could be a gyr falcon. Escaped bird

Nice one Mike, not the easiest bird to locate and get a clear shot at this time of year, well done.

Surprised it's taken you guys so long to get a Waxwing shot, the country has been inundated with them the last couple of months,
one the biggest 'Waxwing invasion' years for a very long time. Smart looking birds.

It’s taken them a while to work their way down south where I live
