These little chaps may put less stress on the fibreglass than a metal fixing and have a little bit of flex should someone knock your mirror

Once again Phillpot, I am with you on that. Only came across tham last year. They do work, the brass insert means they shouldnt rust up. (I also replaced the plated screws with stainless). They will allow a little flexibility and also they act as good seals for the holes. I used them to replace a couple of bulkhead area fittings where I was getting small leaks. Acts a bit like rivetting a nut into place.

OK, So what have I done to you lot to be branded as some homo sex god?  TG I`m glad you`ve got youre f  king mirrors sorted at long last, you could have done with them at Spa!!  Stevej if you dont behave I`ll post up THAT picture  rekon I`ll onlyget binned for 2 yrs
