I would certainly be interested in knowing that a replacement is readily available now. While 'sorting' my UJ issue at the weekend, a large peice of rust dropped off my already rotting servo. There can't be much metal left and I am concerned that one day soon it will fail when I need it most!!
Price and contact details much appreciated??

Hello,

See advert on Pistonheads.
I sourced a few of the CORRECT servo's for TVR Car Parts ( PSA 328) on the continent. But due to sad circumstances they had to close shop before I could deliver them.
The are NEW and boxed.

greetings
Hans.
Hi Graham, Shaun & David,
I contacted Hans Daalhuisen via PH Classifieds, and ordered a brand new boxed PSA328 Servo (which just arrived about 10 mins ago!) Price was £150 + 16 p&p.
He's pleasure to deal with, but he did tell me he was off on holiday today, so you may have to wait a week or two.

OR you could contact Han (VanderWeerden) and take him up on his kind offer.
He is also a very trustworthy chap, even though he keeps kidnapping S's to take back to the Netherlands.biggrin

HTH. By the way, I'm in Stockport, PM me if you're down this way, or need any info re the servo.
Cheers,
Glen.

ETA OP 's.
Also David you'll need to find m/cyl as well, don't think the S1 (Saab) one is compatible with this Fiesta servo.
I'm in the same position....

Sorry Han, I think I misunderstood Hansdaal's posting. What exactly is available, and at what price. I may be that a few S owners would wish to buy now from the small stock that has been found. Would give us a little breathing space to find an alternative.
Hi Richard,

See also Glen's post, he has already received one through Hansdaal. And it is an original TRW PSA328 Servo. UKP 150 + 16 PP is the price from Hansdaal

Don't want to ruin his business, so you could contact him directly.

Han

hi I have been looking through this thread, can you please provide contact details so I can contact and purchase a new brake servo for my s2, I believe mine is the old saab version and is getting to point of no return and I have been looking everywhere for one and todate only found a second hand one for £85, obviously I would prefer to purchase a new one, thanks.

Think this is the Ford unit rather than Saab but fairly easily adapted.
