Not sure whether you have ever done it (bet you have) sheared a bolt off pretty flush with the surface, dont have a suitable drill, easy-outs or cant be bothered with the punch-it around method......

Here is my favorite method in action this morning;

thought i must just fit the calipers this morning............but no, at the first step i sheared a bolt in the new carrier!

Sheared almost flush with the surface and the bolt was freshly coated in locktite...................grrr. Removed other bolt quickly and set about getting it out using the weld a washer, then a nut method;

come out you........
