To confirm we have 18 now but still not enough to make is commercially viable unless you all want to pay a slight premium... i'll leave this post open and keep and eye and when the numbers increase i will confirm the production.

In the meantime, LEET350c and i are in conversation about a possible alternative.. i will keep you posted...

How much is a slight premium?

I bought something I quite like last week but the thread depth is too shallow so it's not ideal and I don't feel brave enough to Tap & Die it a little deeper.

At the minute trying to see if I can give these the time! Still need to measure the swirl pot and header tank too so I can make an aluminium version of those!!

If only I could win the lottery so I can give up my day job and spend my time making shiny stuff for TVR's!!

Apologies for the delay Gents, I have been taking behind the scenes and the manufacturer is about to start on a prototype gear knob based on our spec, which he will send to me in the near future. When he does I'll post ia picture of it and ask for final numbers. We can then go ahead and order.

QUICK UPDATE: First 10 have been made and are currently being etched.. will post a picture as soon as i get them... I'll offer them up in order of request to ensure fairness if that's OK with everyone but you shouldnt have to wait long in any case.. currently the cost is roughly around what we had estimated..

Gentlemen, prepare yourselves... Xmas has come early...

Attached are the pictures of the OEM style Aluminum gear knob we promised with the S Series etched gate pattern... The one Lee has sent me fits perfect even to the depth of thread.. look fantastic and is as good if not better quality than the originals!! (Great Job Lee).

So as stated earlier, please confirm that you are still interested and wish to purchase one, we have 10 ready to and Lee is currently working on more as we speak. Price will be £25 + p&p... you wont be dissapointed.... first ten to pay gets those but dont worry the rest will be along very shortly....
