Thanks guys, but they have reached £235 now !
Bum Bum Bum, or in my case Square Bum, sitting on my bit of hardboard!
i've got mk1 MX5 seats coming this week, have you considered a set of those Mike ?Bum Bum Bum, or in my case Square Bum, sitting on my bit of hardboard!
.
Had a look and found some, not saying where though!!!! Ya B*gg*rs.
So is that an easy fit? What about the frame?can you just remove the seatbelt buckle? Is there a difference in Mk1 and others, how can you tell? do you sit higher in them or would they be easy to pack them to sit higher?
Sorry so many questions, but it could be the difference in me keeping the car, my OH cannot see out of the car well enough, sits on a cushion, not ideal when hooning about!
Cheers bud!

will let you know sometime after wednesday though
however with regards to seat height - if they arent high enough you could always have some spacers made up (for any seats tbh)to fit between the runners and the floor and then just use longer bolts.

Never understood this desire for Chimaera seats ?
I found them far less supportive than my S seats, any "spirited" cornering had to done one handed coz the other arm was needed to wedge against door or centre console!
There are, I believe, two or three different styles of S seats
Me neither, my S seats are the most comfortable of any car I have ever driven. After the long drive to the Spa Classic this year I arrived as fresh as a daisy, no aches or pains.I found them far less supportive than my S seats, any "spirited" cornering had to done one handed coz the other arm was needed to wedge against door or centre console!
