It's average Han. There are better ones.
( The old original Boddies was rather nice. I think Hyde Brewery took over brewing the cask stuff when Boddington's Strangeways Brewery closed, but the canned stuff is made at Interbrew's huge complex in S. Wales. Sort of corporate beer. )
The best adventures are when you try as many of the locally produced real ales from the small independents as you can. smile

Hi Glen,
Where are you staying? We've cancelled the camping (due to the cold & wet that's forecast) and booked in at The Holt Hotel.

Where is the Holt Hotel?

This entire operation has proven to be lacking in any co-ordination whatsoever wink

My base camp is The Talbot Inn, Eynsham. Sunday night only. I'm setting out from home early sun am.
Attending both days.
A couple I know are staying at Eynsham Hall.

It's at a place called Steeple Aston. We're heading down today with David - it's fine here in deepest Lancashire so roof off me thinksdriving

OK Andy, so you take the northern flank, we'll take the southern. Watch out for the airbase at Upper Heyford, and watch oit for the rain as you pass Cheshire. It's wet & grey & drizzly. But you've always known that, haven't you?
See you on Sunday.

How many of you S Clubbers will be there tomorrow (Sunday)? Looking at the weather forecast I'm thinking of going tomorrow instead of Monday.

Me. I'm going Joe.
I'll be there both days, setting off early tomorrow, returning Monday evening to join in with all the Bank Holiday superqueues.
I expect to arrive home sometime on Tuesday........

Or possibly Wednesday.

Thanks to the couple of people I had a chat to today. Great turn out from the TVR crowd and confirmed that an S is what I am after; I love the Chimeras too, but think they are just a bit too much car for me at the moment!

All I need to do now is get my hands on one that I like!
