And then.... I take as long as I can getting ready to leave and still end up leading the GTS. Glen wanted to go first but we had seen enough cement works that day. The good thing about the GTS is that it wasn't long before the next stop, but I still seemed to have lots of TVRs following me afterwards.

Quick update...

Some of you may have started to receive Sprint which includes prices for the 3NG event. As it says, those prices are for 3 nights but we will only be at Karlsruhe for the Saturday & Sunday.

I will let you know the prices for our tour when I get the final details of the Bosch day. The format and when it finishes will determine how far we travel West from there and which hotel we stay in. I've already got a couple of places lined up along the route from the track to Calais so it shouldn't take long to pick one

Sorry for the delay in giving you more info but I am still waiting for the final details on the format of the Bosch day. I thought it best to update you sooner rather than later with what I do have so far, which is the prices, hotels and approximate routes. I've updated the first post at the start of the topic accordingly.

If you are still interested in coming please send me an email (no need to email me if you went to the Alps last year and have not changed your email address since). If you have decided not come please tell me as soon as possible so someone else can take your place. Please also let me know about any particular dietary requirements so I can inform the hotels.

I will reply to your email with details of where to send your payments. I will also send you a disclaimer for you and your passenger to sign. 2013 was the first time I asked for one of these but seeing how these tours have grown and the nature of the world we now live in I feel it has become a necessary formality. I know we all go on these tours understanding what is involved but if there is a terrible accident I do not want me or my family to be financially exposed. I hope you all understand.

Please note your deposits of £75 per person and signed disclaimers will need to be with me by 17/2
