1. Max (scoobimax) - PAID ( Red S ) (They don't call him Mad Max for nothing ! )
2. Mike (phillpot) - PAID ( Racing Green S ) ( one to watch , deceptively quick at Spa )
3. Steve (TopGearTVR) - PAID ( Blue S ) ( can certainly handle a shed, bike rack may slow him a bit. Or will he bring the caravan for proving runs? )
4. Andy (AutoAndy) - PAID ( Green S wiv Yellow Lotus Stripes )(-very fast & Delia's favourite )
5. Chris (themee) - ( Bit of a dark horse this one, unproven this season )
6. Graham (Ragtop) - PAID ( V8S) (Rebuilt engine & new Nitrons. May surprise the favourites. )
7. Glen (glenrobbo) - PAID ( Red S or Nissan Note GTiR twin Turbo ) ( Worth an each way flutter. This driver knows no bounds )
8. Simon (sjs357) - PAID (Grey V8S) ( Lovely to look at, but is it quick? )
Reserve list:
9. Andy (AndyLynch)
10. Richard (Kitchski)

OK, who's booked a twin room at the Travelodge on the Sunday night & wants to share?
Glen / all - I've got some mails out to local hotels to see if they'll do a deal on B&B accommodation. Happy to let folks book their own but personally I wouldn't want to park my S at the travelodge as it's an A1 services car park.Let me know if you want me to peruse this option or not.

Or take turns on the nightwatch cradling the pump-action Winchester.

but i don't have the right UJs, so surely that lets me off!
We don't care , you'll still have to go to the back of the queue towing your Dutch caravan with the slightly suspect Germanic plates. But my mate the Stig should be able to post a fairly nifty untimed lap for you.
No matter what the handicap, the blue ones are def. the quickest.

Glen, are you sure you want to go on this?
Austin has a busy year to come, what with Barn Farm, Euro Trip, Stratford, and I guess a few more, it would probably be best to rest old Austin and let a "young Dark Sider" take up the baton.
Hopefull but not optimistic.
Andy
Old Austin? How very dare you sir! At 26 years old, going on 27, Austin is only slightly older than you, and loves plenty of exercise. The Force is strong with him, and I feel the youthful energy passing on to me through the steering wheel and driver's seat. I have many more outings planned for this year with my topless model.
But if I feel I myself can't keep up the pace, then I will pull over and rest in the lay-by of life and buy a Chimaera, take up golfering, and generally go to seed with the roof on.

Plan B is to borrow Mrs. Wigglesworth's awesome Race-prepared Nissan Note on super-sticky Avon slicks, so no chance of flying off with that level of grip.
Regret to have to inform you that the Note remains on its crappy oem Continentals so I canot hand on heart recommend this course of action to you; plus there is no way any person of the male persuasion any where in the world will be able to part her from her car! Be thankful she doesn't read the forum as this smilie may come true?

Max, have you tried the power of the telephone?
Seems like an awfully long time no hear.
If it all falls through, would there be enough money in the pot to make the TopGearTVR Norfolk TT a proper closed circuit event with all speed limits recinded for the day? I know somebody with a St. John's Ambulance badge in first aid, that should cover all the H&S issues. Also there's plenty of straw bales around Norfolk to line the dodgy bits.
Keep us posted on any developments. I've got my helmet ready
