Phase 1 of a brake upgrade to Samy.

Started with this;


Finished with this;


Bit of a squeeze;

Indeed, need to get the passenger side wheel re-balanced as the weights fouled the calliper. I hope Kwik Fit is opn on Monday.

Also took out the passenger seat as I have goodies to collect on the way home.


Phase 2 will be fitting discs to the rear. Phase 3 is replacing the servo and master cylinder. I'm going to do the steering bearing and yellow connector at the same time.

looks pretty good

there are a few threads on brake upgrades and trying to obtain servos and master cylinders. Also you should choose your pad material as that can make a big difference

The only things I need is a replacement for the yellow connector and a set of braided rear hoses. Currently waiting for the rear hubs to dry.
