Latest update:

The contract has been signed and returned to Blyton Park.

From posts, I see logistics a bit like this.

Max - stopping at home
Steve - bunking down at Max's
Andy W - possibly bunking down at Max's

Glen - hotel to be arranged (I'll make some enquiries)
Andy L - hotel to be arranged (I'll make some enquiries)

Simon - travelling on the day}
Mike - travelling on the day } brave boys!!!
Chris - travelling on the day}

Sunday night - those stopping over heading to the local curry house and hostelries; eat curry and drink beer.

Monday - all meet up at the hotel that Glen and Andy L stay at (tbc); convoy over to Blyton (15 /20 mins drive); consume bacon butties; briefing and sighting laps; thrash round Blyton Park; and finally de-brief and review any video footage at Blyton Ice-cream parlour http://blytonicecream.co.uk/

Crash helmets will be required and can be hired from Blyton if you haven't got one (not sure of cost but think it was £10 last year when I did this)

Looking forward to this

Max

Ok Max,
Looks like another one for your bunkhouse, as long as I can find somewhere to put Austin out to graze whilst we are sampling the oriental delights of Blythe's exotic eateries. yum
After that, all I shall need is a horizontal glenrobbo-sized bit of floor/ lawn/ driveway/ stable/ chicken coop so I can unfurl my sleeping / colostomy bag for a restful night's kip.
Just hope that when I wake up, my elbows aren't constrained by wood. boxedin

I'd better go & polish my helmet ready for the day wink

Mmmmm. Nice curry. Nice beer. Nice 4 mile hike. ( a cunning ploy by Max to wear down the opposition methinks. )

Is it bedtime yet? sleep
