Time to change the hoses as the old ones look past their best.
Stevsons have asked which threads to use,
I'm going to bypass the link in the middle and go straight from the copper at the chassis to the calliper (front)
Can anyone shed light on this?
Many thanks.

Alan, fronts should be all metric, I can get a length measurement for you tomorrow if it helps.

Rears are metric at the wheel cylinder end but some (all?) cars are imperial where they join the T piece.

Bit more work but I would go "all metric", new T piece and replace pipework with Cupro Nickel if it's original or that cheap 'n nasty copper stuff. wink

they did just that for me. Mine are standard metric fittings to the copper and ford at the callipers.

I bet he'll remember doing them.

it is worth the small extra cost to use braided hose rather than rubber hose.

Ah, but is that stainless braid with zinc plated ends or stainless everything? scratchchin

Don't forget some stainless "half nuts" to attach to chassis brackets
