Having decided to get on with tasks uneffected by the weather I set about sorting the garage first.

Made a load of space which is handy. Then dug out the Ford KA brake kit.

Between the ABS and non-ABS set up I should end up with a decent set up. Two holes line up and I need to drill two new ones. I also need to relieve the inner hole slightly too. A lot simpler than expected.

Annoyingly, the non-ABS master cyliner has 4 ports which would have been handy to fit the brake light switch. It has too narrow a piston though.

Total cost of two set ups was £60 off evilbay. Need to clean up and paint the servo being used. Should be able to make some money back selling the bits I don't use.

Got nothing done this weekend as the works in Sandhurst ran on.

Waiting for the ADT guy atm so will get some stuff done on Tamy.

Off to Kuwait on Wednesday so no progress for the next couple of weeks.

Put some temp boots on Suni. Hopefully will find the time before flying out on Weds to get the tyres swapped ready for swapping back on when I return.

Fitted the temp boot to Tamy too. Freshly painted panels should be ready w/c the 10th.

Now just need to get the various hinges chromed and some stainless fixings. A few Ti ones too.

Right back in the UK and back in the flow.

Fuel tank should be with me next week. No works possible this weekend as I have to collect my other half and then on to the SiLs for the rest of the weekend. These people clearly don't understand what's important in life smile

Next week I should get the various bits of metal work to the chromers for coatings.

So, the following weekend, I should get the brake servo and master cylinder in. Then it's rejigging the copper brake pipes and relocating the coil. Then it's back on the interior electrics.

Once the metal work is back the fuel tank can go in. The boot wiring re-done and the interior wiring finished. Then it's chassis work and the bodywork.

Oh and I need to collect a spare engine at some point.

Should be collecting the freshly painted panels for Tamy next week. They are ready, just need to collect and then await some chromed parts.

Suni's got new boots fitted too.

Needed to collect Tamy's panels today as the sprayer needed the space.

So these need fitting once the pile of goodies come back from the coaters.

Well after a few weeks off I'm back working on the cars again.

Fitted Tamy's rear diffuser so the back of the car is starting to get back to awesomeness.

Gathered together the bits for chroming and galvanising so will dropped them in tomorrow.

Drilled the holes and opened up the middle hole for the brake servo. Now just need to figure out how to connect the clevis pin.

Then fixed these in place. Remote oil filter is the next task.

Off to Germany next weekend for a brief TVR incursion. Going to take Suni. So also prepped her for the trip.

Finally, fixed the broken windscreen washers on the Box.

Well I'm a bit surprised that its been nearly two months since working on Samy.

So, had a day off waiting in for some trades so did some jobs on the cars.

Decided to strip off the front suspension from Samy to get it refurbed to compliment the new bushes and various joints.

Also removed the steering rack ahead of Thursdays trip to Dan Taylor - see the Reserve thread.

Samy now looks like this.

Whilst I have had no time to do any work on Samy I have been ordering bits.

Rollcentre have provided a 'Sport' rear roll cage. Still wrapped and tucked away in teh garage. I'll fit once I have centralised up the body.

Heated windscreen is awaiting delivery from Ricky Evans Motorsport.

Not sure when I'm going to get back to working on Samy frown

But I will.

Although it was only a month ago I paid, I can't remember. £450ish.
