they are in place of.....I forgot to photo the pin part......will do that tomorrow night if I remember

Mick, are you still planning to Rally this car?

Neat as those catches are I do wonder if they are up to the job of keeping that big heavy "clam shell" in place with the stresses of motorsport, even if "only" tarmac stages?


My Aerocatches squeak something terrible on bad roads if not adjusted down tight but are very secure with their "pin through a post" design.


Maybe a bit of insurance .......... biggrin

they were tested by lifting an engine using one pin assembly - so 2 should be ok to hold the bonnet down
