S Club Heaven 2015 - the details

Well that's me all but out of SCH on Monday. Insurance company haven't even been in contact, let alone come to see the car. I could fix it myself, but being that I've started the claim I'd shoot myself in the foot slightly. It was only a bump too, I don't know why it's taken so long.

So sadly I'll probably also miss SCH now, as well as Burghley a few weeks back.

You don't have to come in a TVR , i'm sure you'd be just as welcome in a daily driver if you have one (just looked at your profile , you seem to have options )
Better still find someone local that's coming and blag a ride .

My 'S' won't be ready for the weekend; the roof is taking longer than I'd hoped but the trimmer is doing a very through job. I've cancelled the hotel for Saturday so now having a re-think. Buer!

I planned to stay the extra night so that it's not such a rush to pack everything up after a long busy day.

This may be a silly question . . . Will the organisers be OK with me arriving and putting up my tent after the pub meeting/food on Saturday evening? I wouldn't want to be locked out of the camping area, and homeless (!) Saturday night.

No.17........... cant make it this year guys. Had the engine out for a cam change, plus clutch, plus water pump...etc...etc and with one thing and another, have not got it all back together yet.

Answer: I can't see it being a problem, but:
If all else fails, you can always share my tent with Barry, Joe & me, but there is a 105dB noise limit.

OK so if i come down from Lancashire in my V8S with my 16 year old son on the sunday, it'll be £15 on the gate and £30 to camp sunday night, is that right ?

Stratford festival all booked up ?

No, according to the website www.nationalkitcarshow.co.uk
You pay £5 for camping ( kit car & driver ) plus £15 camping for your son if he is really over 16 . Just turn up & pay on the gate.
These prices include show entry.

Donington: TVRCC discounted infield tickets are no longer available at this late date, but you can still pay on entry and park in the general public car park.

Stratford Festival of Motoring entries are sold out, but of course the town is still open to the public, and if you turn up at the Leisure Centre car park before about 09:00 on Sunday, look for the TVR S guys and ask for Glenrobbo, we may have a couple of passenger seats available for the runs out ( approx 2 hrs ).
Failing that, there are lots of classic cars to see and plenty going on around the town, it's a great day out.
