I would just like to say thanks to Longers for organising such a brilliant trip as always, and also a massive big thanks to Potless Paul for tolerating me and my strange ways for the duration of most of the tour. ( There was only one afternoon when it became too much and he asked Colin to look after me for a bit. There seemed to be quite a bit of partner-swapping going on at the time wink )
Without doubt, Paul was the ideal chauffeur, carefully conveying me in style at a nice gentle sedate pace with consideration and deference to my advancing years and general decrepit physical condition. scratchchin Or it may have been because L.I.Am was constantly slowing us up?

Whatever, thanks mate thumbup I would not have been able to join the trip without your kind offer of a place in your S. beerbeer

Hello Glen, thank you also for the nice moments we had, enjoying your sometimes very special humor.
Thank you also for letting us at your table.
Sorry that we could not say goodby wednesday morning.
Hi Paul, thank you also for the chat we had about old MG's.

Lina & Christian.

Lina & Christian.
It was a pleasure to meet and talk with you both.
It was not my table Christian, it was OUR table smile And no goodbyes, it's "au revoir".
And thanks to you, I have put Zolder on my list of things I would like to do.
At Spa, Frank ( bluezeeland ) also told me it is a lot of fun. I shall try to fit it into my timetable next year.
A bientot,
Glen

We got back last night, having come back via Belgium for an extra couple of nights. Thank you so much to Longers for his superb organising and for all of the people on the tour for making Lorraine and I feel so welcome. You were all great company and we had a fantastic time.

Proof that even the GT's can light up a V6. This was a tough day on the forearms.

Look at the second photo and double click to get biggest picture - you will clearly see the V6 Pipe formation in flames

More proof, if it were needed, that the camaraderie of S owners is second to none. Last year it was Mike's loaning of a vehicle to Terry; this year it was Paul taking Glen along. A bit like that Rolf Harris song, oops he's persona no grata now isn't he, Rolf Haris that is, not Glen, although.....

Thanks for the positive comments everyone.

As I said in my email this trip contained some of the best "on tour" days I've ever had, and there have certainly been a few of those wink
