Hi All.
When you have your spring and damper settings right and your ride height is to high or low, you either change your ride height by re setting your springs to the ride height and loose all your settings or changing the dampers (shocks), so I did this, I have 30mm up or down without adjusting the springs or damper settings

I had the body off and was doing a full restoration so was an easy mod
