Another S3. Light blue with an S4 bonnet. Wigan. Engine bay looks rough. Brief description. Not sure what 'doors need setting up' means.

261796952964 is the ebay number but search TVR in Classic Cars section shoukd reveal.

Whatever, go and see it before you buy. It's a nice colour and it looks clean, 126,780 miles is a bit on the high side though, but it could be a good runner. Maybe the owner can send you a few more quality photos, of the engine bay, not taken on a foggy morning in Wigan !

Thanks folks, they are coming thick and fast now! The light blue S3 doesn't interest me but the green S3 looks very nice, not sure when I'll get the chance to make the 8 hour round trip up there though :-(

Having looked again at the light blue one the centre console switches don't tally with the registration age - although with TVR it could have been a special order.

Unfortunately I've sold my soul to the promotion devil so the only thing I now fly is a desk! I'll have to work out when I can do the 8 hour round trip...

Hi Pete

If you don't act fairly fast these things sell - I know from experience.

Good ones are getting harder to find and the catch 22 is that you can only tell once you are there.

I travelled the length and breadth of the UK before finally finding mine.

I only live about 4 miles from the green one but I know nothing about these cars which is why I bought the best I could. That said, one of my mates who was an expert came with me to ensure the car was ok.

Why don't you get the RAC or someone like that to inspect for you.....if ok make an offer?

Like I said, if you are not fast you will lose out and I have to say that this one does look fairly good on the face of it.
