Baffles my why they are making the two runs overlap again. I would love to do both......more than going to stand in a field for several hours.....

Know what you're saying but occasionally I's nice to do a "stand in a field" event and catch up with old friends, meet new ones, put faces to PH names etc. smile

I Agree with you both...always love to drive it, but the first event of the year is agree at time to catch up...spent most of Burghley last year doing that, and got a nice 3 hours drive each way to get there...

I will be there on Sunday too, meeting my friends, looking at the displays and the trade stands - its a very special event.
But my Chim is for driving not showing, and I love runouts and track days. The number of people last year, standing outside their homes watching 65 TVRs come past, waving at us and smiling, was lovely. Our cars are much loved.

Nail on head - if I hadn't bought a Chim, I would have an S. I actually like the S1 best....(sorry)
If I weren't married I would have both. And a Cerbera. And a Tuscan for car shows and Sunday drives, though I do hate those Speed 6 pedals. My Tuscan would have an LS engine and proper pedals.
And a Tuscan racer, just for trips to Waitrose.

See you on 11th/12th April guys - mine is the Chim with the odd paint job. Now I will get off your thread and enjoy seeing your cars in 3 weeks time.

I'm not sure about the other run but I chose a 2pm start time so it made it possible for those travelling from further away to have a break before jumping back into their car for a couple of hours of driving

Yours is fine. The earlier run needs to start at 10.30/11.00 and finish (at the pub) at 12.30/1.00. Then those who want to do both can just nip across to your start and drive!

I wonder how many would do both runs if they could?
