Hi - hope you don't mind me asking, but where did you source the four post lift and what dimensions did you go for? Have been meaning to get round to installing one of these for some time and this thread has spurred me on. Ta.

Simon,
The company is Strongman Tools, the lift is a "Findhorn 4 post lift" but shorter and narrower over the posts than standard, although I kept the ramp centres as standard so I can add a ramp jack at a later date. It should also come with a set of removable drip trays.

I believe since ordering my lift they have brought out a version with thinner ramps, which would have been better for my headroom issues.

If you look around there are cheaper lifts available, but I saw these at the classic car show and liked the quality and robustness of it and decided on this one. Can't fault it yet, it went together as it should and works well.

Hope this helps

Andy
