Glen - I can't come to this event, as I've been dealing with maintenance woes and various other bankrupting issues, but - if your interested, I have 4 brand new ford V6 rocker gaskets (with the metal thingy in to prevent over tightening). P.M me if its an appropriate raffle item and you want them. Pete

Han, that's a very kind offer, but won't you be tucking in to a delicious full English breakfast?
England expects nothing less from it's honoured guests smile

Brilliant response folks, at this rate we'll have so many gazebos that there won't be any space for cars..... That will make the organising so much easier wink

Dale, yes please, can we take you up on that?
Are you attending SCH? If not we'll have to get someone to pick it up from Mycroft Towers.

scratchchin
Also the mice, they will come in handy for the barbie......or raffle prizes

That's very kind of you Dale, please let me know asap, and we'll try to arrange a suitable S courier.

Thanks for the fantastic response everyone, so far the favourites are
1. Phillpot's borrowed 4.5 x 4.5m ( size is important wink )
2. Dale's 6 x 3m with sides ( size again plus sides to stop the paperwork blowing away )
3. Tony arhTVR's 3 x 3m Yes please Max can you collect it?
4. The 3 x 3m one I am borrowing ( if I can fit it in with the rest of the stuff I am bringing: - If I had a roof I could fit a roof rack biggrin

I think that should be sufficient coverage and also cover contingencies if one should fail.
Thanks everyone else who offered.

Now then, can anyone bring folding tables? whistle
And you are bringing the obligatory camping chairs aren't you? wink

No problem , better go and see if the mice have left it intact .
Dale has informed me today that his 6 x 3m party tent has been ruined by the mice having a mouse party, and it is no longer fit for purpose frown .

So I want to let you all know that the search is back on to find replacement coverage, preferably, but not essentially with side panels.
If you can help, please let me know either on here or email me via my profile page.

Finally managed to get it up (Stop it!!!) I've not had the shelter out of the bag before.
The shelter is actually 4.5m square and about 2.4m high in the centre.

It should fit behind the seat Max, but you will need the roof off to get it in wink

You can actually get sides here:
http://www.cotswoldoutdoor.com/coleman-event-shelt...

or here:
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Coleman-Sunwall-Side-Pan...

[Apologies, could not see how to set up a web link] Looks like about £18 per side.

I MIGHT be able to get a friend of mine to take it dowm on Saturday, but won't know for certain until later next week.

Let's hope the weather holds!
Tony

Looks familiar wink

It's quite a "lump", about a metre long so won't go behind seats but should fit quite comfortably in passenger footwell/on seat smile

Lovin' the uniformity of gazebo compatibilityness guys, keep 'em coming!

Now aiming for a genuine Bedouin encampment.

Note to self:
Must arrange tethering posts for camels.

OK. My mate Mark is travelling down to the Kit Car Show in his camper van, arriving Saturday pm.He can take the gazebo down for us if that is not too late for your setting up, and it will save Max a lot of room and weight (wouldn't want to slow him to the same speed as my Taimar wink )
If this is a good idea, can Glen or Alan PM me a mobile number he can call on arrival, as I won't be there until after pub grub on Sat evening.
Cheers.
Tony.

Glen, do you want/have room for two of those things or should I leave it to arhTVR?

Lots of room on our display plot Mike, yes please if you can fit it in.
My plan is those two matching ones either side of the one that I am bringing ( if I can fit it in! ), and hopefully Barry is bringing one to use in our camping area.
It's good to cover all eventualities. smile
