Can anyone explain this to me, today I noticed
that when the ignition was on and you put lights on
the petrol pump started working and the coil was
pulsing, ended up changing the relay for the light's
and now seems ok, but how can that happen?

When you turn the ignition on, the petrol pump should always start for a few seconds. Maybe your relay was sticking and the pump was not switching off ?

Mine has never done that, and today just started when lights were on,
the pump stayed on pumping back in to the tank, still can't understand connection between lights and pump all very strange

I had an issue with mine a while back, if you turned the panel lights off when you pressed the brake the head lights came on, not sure how long I'd been driving around randomly flashing people. Took the dim dip relay off and all was ok. Probably a bad earth or connection somewhere.

I must admit I am not the seasoned expert, but I think the pump should always run to prime the fuel system.
Maybe it's just coincidence, that you noticed this when the lights were on, maybe also a bad earth is the root cause. Seriously though, it's worth checking the fuel pump relay.
Tip - Use the search and enter "s-series fuel pump not playing" in the search bar for some more detailed info.

I put a new pump relay on, had one in the car,
Seems ok now with the new lights relay fitted 😊
