..Must admit the "269 bit" struck me as a bit odd?..Useful as it is, there are one or two errors in that book.
And I think this is one of them. Unlikely to be a miss-print of the '9' for a '0' because 10.6" = 269mm. If we take it as read that TVR only ever used the Sierra front hubs then that limits the disc size to either 240mm or 260mm. The Cosworth variants had 278mm or 283mm depending on year/model but then to fit these TVR would have had to change the hubs. Maybe there is one out there, who knows?Lots of info HERE for anyone too excited about Spa to sleep

Put the later date in coz early Chimaera had 240mm disc, same as V6 S but later ones and V8S's have 260mm I believe?
Good chance they ordered an "S caliper" and got one for a V6?
Quite possibly same diameter piston so repair kit would fit either?
V8S standard brakes same as V6 240mm discs. Good chance they ordered an "S caliper" and got one for a V6?
