How about the Olde House, Chesterfield Jeremy? It would have to be on Friday though, or we wouldn't get to the fete on time, because they don't open until 11am.
It's popular with the Tees Valley mob when they come down for Chatsworth.

It says they open at Noon, dunno if they could open a little earlier for us lot so we have time for a meal before the fete starts? If not we could adjourn there in the afternoon.

Well Andy, apart from the Red Lion and the Druid Inn for our evening refreshments, I have shortlisted the Pack Horse at Crowdecote for our Saturday lunch stop on the new Barn Farm S Club Run 2016. Our hosts Mick & Shaz are expecting us

I'll be leaving home 10.15 and heading south on A1 then A14. Happy to meet up with anyone on that route - Big Ian, Kev and (possibly) Dale plus any others?

Rather than cause confusion by turning up separately at the pub in Buxhall my suggestion would be to meet at the Chestnut Horse in Great Finborough so we're ready to leave there 12.45 (my ETA will be 12.00). It's only a couple of gear changes from there to Buxhall so we can arrive together before 13.00 as requested by Damian. Once the cars are parked we can grab a bite to eat at the pub in Buxhall (I'm having my tea there as well! ) or crack open the picnics, etc.

If anyone reading this wants to join us and has not received the Vehicle Info form from Damian drop me an email through my profile and I'll send you a copy.

Also, if you have already contacted Damian to say you were going but cannot attend please let me or him know asap.
