spark plugs ?

Hi everyone,

Steve Heath's bible states "Champions RC7YC or RC7YCC spark plugs". What do you use or recommend for a 2.9i S2?

Very nice S3, beautiful colour.
So those spark plugs should also suit my S2.

I'm using Bosch super 4 which seem ok but must say the super 2 in Philpot post look very attractive just wish I could remember why.
