The 'S' problems keep arising..

Sorry this is an old topic from last year, just to confirm I have no overheating issues now

Always looking to keep under the bonnet cooler, hence the discussions on manifold wrapping & ceramic coating

I'm now looking at changing the temperature gauge to a capillary type but not sure where best to install

If the fan kicks in when the two wires are connected, the system is fine, it also proves imho that the replacement otter switch is faulty.

Or there's a big airlock so the otter switch isn't getting hot.

Or the coolant is not circulating.
