Just a few lil things ive added & changed over along the way, having some new decals done & a custom tvr sunstrip (to hide milkyness in corner of windscreen rolleyes ) but wont be for a few weeks yet will post up some pics when i get them.

Got these from amazon along with some iron on badges for around £10 cheap as chips but look rather neat

'Iron on' TVR badges for the mats, (forgot to add the logo when i ordered them from autostyle)

British born, british made wink

Decided on changing the typical amber lenses to clear, with the appropriate bulbs, i used osram chrome amber to eliminate the 'fried egg' effect

Side repeaters changeover, a lil fiddly but end result looks tidy & a much tighter seal than my original which were rattling about like a junkie waiting on a fix

After searching around for stainless steel wheel nuts (and failing) act couldn't get hold of any when i rang up, i got some zinc coated ones off ebay which tidy it up for now

Some chrome nut covers will make all the difference and cost just a few quid of eBay...

Similar but subtlety different personal touches here:

Oval clear side repeaters; black/grey Union Jack decals; new wheels nuts with new wheels

Smoked front indicator lens:

Now that looks ace! I think the old amber side repeaters look a tad outdated, your oval ones look neat, I was considering them myself, did you have to adapt the original hole in fibreglass at all?

the rev counter would not work with the new cossy engine
the speedo would not work with the new MT75 box and different diff ratio

I needed to very quickly access the gear linkage when a bolt snapped - the dash would not move out of the way

smoothed front bumper and led sidelights and indicators

I have a few more too

I used some modern ford ones (fiesta I think). No adaptations in the fibreglass needed but strangely one ended up slanty so had to cut some lugs off the new repeater unit to make them level.

think i nearly got the same ones off ebay but weren't sure if they would of fitted without tweaking the fibreglass hole abit, i had trouble getting the original ones out with them lil clips on the inside i pressed them both in but just wouldn't budge, ended up snapping one off to ease them out.

oh and nice alloys what size are they?

Thanks - they're 15's, but with zero offset so fill the arches a little bit more

I was at the crossroads of showdown caroming the originals or buying aftermarket - well you know which way I jumped.
