Hi All.
Been trying to sort these out, I know the top joint is a Saab 900, have cut the ball joint sides back to get it as far back as I can but still need to go back 3 to 4mm to get the top in more. What has everybody done to help this.

Alan

PS Camber + (pos) at the moment by 2 deg

Hi
I have the ride height set; it’s higher than STD about 30mm higher. I got Lemforder Saab 900 ball joints, I am not sure of the TVR S camber, caster and toe in settings so if anybody has them can they post them for me.

Thanks chaps.
Will take my new Saab 900 ones with me and see what I can get from the Factors on Monday. I may have to grind them out if nothing found

Hi All
Spent most of yesterday trying to get more camber, caster and toe ok, zero bump steer now I have the adjustable track rods on. If TVR had made the top mounts wider and used shims the ball joint would go back further allowing more camber.
Will try grinding the ball joint a bit more toady to see whot I can get.

Hi All.
After a long day I removed the top wishbones and ball joints ground the joints back to get them to fit inside the sockets. Finally done can now get them to fit where I want them. Have now got the camber setup so I can go to 3 deg Negative.
Just need to paint the holes as I extended the slots in the wishbones, need to make up some doubler plates for the outside of the wishbone sockets.

3 Deg of camber

Ball Joint fully back past the bolt holes

As far back as it will go, need to grind out the holes

Standard Joint with the wishbones sides ground back.
