I'm not sure they can be batch made and finished. Steve has said a few times that fettling is required.

I read that earlier on, so I couldn't make a batch of these. The only way I could do it is to design something adjustable, which (as with everything) takes more time etc.

These are adjustable: fore, aft, up, down by means of clearance holes in the bonnet web, clamping the actual position using 12mm bolts and finally drilling smaller locator holes. Left right by insertion of washers between brackets, left or right as needed.?

Whoops my apologise, I seem to have thrown the cat amongst the pigeons!

To bring the box section as close as poss to the wooden web of the bonnet, reducing the length of bolt and as such leverage on it. Both are within 12mm.

So does that mean the webs on the bonnet are offset to one side?

Possibly. But also possible it is done to TVR tollerances. Or a combination of both.
