Serious commitment Richard! Just before the Alps Tour, Tel had been having trouble with his S1 manifold so I posted him my old one. He managed to repair both, and gave mine back to me. They are very scarce and easily damaged due to shock transmission through grounding.

Yes, spare swirl pot, a certain chap had had a failure the previous year, so I brought along my spare just in case.

This year RayTVR is contracted to bring along the majority of spares as an agreed condition of purchase of his lovely S from ChrisChat. He had to undergo quite a rigorous pre-purchase interview before he was deemed to be a suitable buyer! I kid you not!
Mind you, I felt the same when I went to look at Shaun's car.

I wish all this rain would stop so I can take Aitch/Filbert/'KingPower/Goose/Bluey/HOTEP-Ra out for a test drive
