Seeing as Simon is selling the "not a Lotus" and getting himself a proper car for this year's Tour I've had to look elsewhere for the 2016 S Club Euro Tour Comedy Car.

I understand that some of you know Nigel already from breakfast meets (well, he has admitted meeting some of the GTS)...

You will have to remind me, as a member of the G.T.S my memory is not as good as it used to be. Perhaps you could remind me what the G.T.S is and whether I really am a member. I do not recall the sink plunger. The trouble with the pace of life now in 1974 is that it is so easy to forget the details.....

A quantity of strange beverage...

....a flash of orange.....

........a glimpse of pink....


............the feel of purple rubber.....



.............. the sensation of suction......



....................a roll of triple ply quilted with aloe Vera.....



...and then the mist closes again.....

Must be something to do with that Ovomaltine. Or perhaps it's the aliens?

I'm sorry Tony but I'm afraid I can't help you.

The GTS are very secretive and do not share information about themselves. Maybe it's because I'm too young? Maybe it's because I always seem to be stuck at the front with the Bank Robbers chasing me (It might appear that I like driving quickly but all I am doing is trying to get out of their way).

Maybe you should ask someone closer to GTS age. What about Phillpot?

Being a member of the GTS is a state of mind, of being at one with your 'S', and, importantly, knowing when to stop for coffee

100% cancellation fee + 50% administration fee + a life time of regret at missing out on a trip that is regarded by some people as the highlight of the motoring year.
