Sounds like a great plan, but unfortunately I don't think I'm going to be able to make it this year
Daisy and I had a fantastic trip last year, and we'd encourage any potential 'first-timers' reading this to get booked on ASAP. As newbies we both felt warmly welcomed and had a great experience!
P.S - If anyone reading this is looking for a suitable S2 ready for the tour, PM me... I'm looking to sell shortly due to too many toys and not enough time. Very hard decision, but I'd prefer someone else get the same enjoyment out of the car as I have, rather than keeping it stored. Sorry for the thread hijack! Jim

That's a shame on all counts Jim.
You have a lovely S2 there, I am sure it won't take long to sell. Get rid of one of your other toys, the S is too good to sell after all the hard work you have put into it.

We northerners provisonally plan to use the Hull/Zebrugge route, (nice sleep on the ferry and about 200 miles less, the fuel saving pays for the ferry!), and meet you on the route from Calaise and fit in a day at Brugge on the way back. We are both first timers so be gentle with us!!!

I'm planning Hull - Rotterdam which although makes the Thursday rendezvou a little further away it does mean the Sunday we can stay to the end and still make the ferry as it does not leave 'til 21:00 and is only a couple of hours away from the Military site.

Hahaha. Just to note I fully recovered after numerous counselling sessions..
Sad to be not joining you guys this year and would have gladly paired up again Glen.
But family taking priority this year. Back to foreign TVR travel again next year.
