Hi All,
Well just got back from down south, fitted these last Sunday before I left, had to cut the front down pipes to get them in. Arrived this week 2 flex joints and 2 V-band clamps, not sure which will fit best as I need to remove the down pipes from the Turbo's and the then from the cut-outs so the V-band might be the way to go.

Hi All.
Went with the 4" flex joints. After doing every body else's welding have run out of gas, again.

Like the motorised valves to let the exhaust exit straight out at the bulkhead with no silencing - or down through the system officer whistle

Forgive me for seeming like I'm picking here (I'm not, just curious) but are you not going to have an issue with ground clearance there?

I can't imagine ground clearance issuea. Not with those wheels, eh Alan? wink

This is no ordinary S evil I think the biggest problem will be keeping it ON the ground!

Right there Glen, I have 120mm clearance from the bottom of the sump guard to the floor, exhausts are 10mm above this so should be ok when the body is back on, don’t think it will drop much on the springs. Will find out today as it’s off the ramp and onto the floor for the body to go back on.
The 20” wheels with low profile tyres keep it low but still higher than the standard S, It’s 35mm higher on the front and 45mm on the back.

Been away all this week, the painter has an idea to make it look very low to the ground but will have to wait and see what he has in mind.

Would be if I was painting it Glen, I'd' be like Steve Wonder with a paint brush. He fits lots of body kits for boy racers so will just have to wait, both of us

Hi All
Just been down to the workshop and the nearest point to the ground is 125 allowing for a pr of flat front tyres. Should be ok me thinks

Clearance depends on how many pies you've eaten Alan , don't forget that ..

How long until she hits the road ?

Body going on today, hope not to take it off again, front end need a bit of work on the wheel arches as I got them wrong last time (BIG COCK UP). made a new intake manifold so it sits about an inch above the standard, won't know if the bonnet shuts fully without catching on it, will see today if it fits.
