TVR S3 loud air intake?

Hi Folks,

I'd appreciate any help/ideas....Having an irritating loud vacuum sound from my S3 on start up.....very loud and from the air filter. Goes on for about 1 minute then goes away I guess because she's warmed up. Car runs and idles as normal and have just replaced the Idle control valve with a new one and no difference? Has anyone else had this issue? Air filter in good nic and air intake pipes done up as they should be.

Mine does that..I love it ...it sounds mean.

I thought it was meant to...isn't it something to do with a cold start?... Could be wrong

Nope, the car runs fine I replaced the Idle control valve with a new one with the hope to cure the noise but no different. Only caught my attention due to the car not sounding like this before she's always been quite on startup and cold tick over. I'll have a close look at the air flow meters when have some spare time and work back from there. Other folks on here say it's normal however just concerned as only just started to have the sound.
