I have to admit to prior knowledge of the track. I did three laps of the track in 1991, one each in a Lotus Eclat, Lotus Esprit and Lotus Elan (1990's), all in a monsoon after a factory visit.

I got a baffled sump too.....I found that the car drove better if the sump matched the driver.....
