one or two people have asked for some photos

The chassis has extra plates welded to coincide with the mounting points.

To do the job properly holes need to be made in the body so that the cage mounts directly to the chassis - these can the have fibreglass covers made to keep the elements at bay.

Thank you for the pictures - looks like a good job. I only have a rollover bar but I keep looking at those chunky A pillars and thinking a front leg would hide away quite neatly through there.

Mike,

Do you remove the front section for 'everyday' use? My Roll Centre rear bar is ready to install and I'm thinking of adding front plates for a front section. I'd only fit it for TD use though.

Yes. Front section now removed as navigator had difficulty getting onboard. Needed for both the S Euro Tour and Classic Le Mans. The front section did stiffen the shell and remove the scuttle shake.
