Where did you get your's from ??

The wedges ones was made slightly oversize due to there being a lot of variations, so most people would use silicone sealant to keep them in place, as it's non permanent.

I got them a few years back from TVR Car Parts as was (now ML Performance). They are machined to fit over the original bezel. Here's a close-up.

The larger ones for the speedo & tacho aren't quite such a neat fit but you'd only notice that if you got very close to them. Thant's more down to the iffy way the instruments sit behind the dash panel rather than any issue with the machining. Same old problem, precision engineering meets TVR = laugh

They were a bit of an extravagance at the time, when money was tight, but I'm glad I splashed out on them.

Hi Leigh
Defo interested in a set of the standard chrome bezels for the wedge. I did send a pm to your mail address. If you already know the wedge style price I could send you a cheque

I'll get onto ML performance, to see if they still do them, saves me re-inventing the wheel, so to speak.

The wedge style ones may fit the round air vents, if you want to measure them and want to bling those up also.

These were fitted to the car when i purchased it, i also have the levers for the heater, i'm taking the car of the road to restore it.

I'd be happy to remove these and for you to use them as a template?
It goes without saying that i'd want them returned safely.

Hi,

did anyone get anywhere with the clip over bezel after market solution for the S series dials?

I tried to get hold of a small and big gauge, so I could work out sizing and fittings, but did not have any replies, so gave up, there is only so much time and money I can spent for zero return. I guess have to wait for someone who is doing a restoration and really wants them.

I'm happy with the satin black bezels in my car but if there is any mileage in this I've got these available and there's a rev counter somewhere up in the loft.
