No, seriously, it sounds like a bit of fun. But would the organisers let us in?

Praise the Princess, glorify the Granada, applaud the Allegro, cheer the Chevette ... and "splendidise the S" bounce

Saturday events give me less of a headache so I'd be up for it if accepted.

I had an Alegro once and it was exceptional, in the sense that it was an exceptional pile of shcensoredt. My biggest mistake was disconnecting the battery once when it started smoking, instead of letting it self-combust. I was stuck with it for another six months until my employer got fed up with the repair bills. Those were the days laugh

Spat my coffee out at this one biglaugh
I owned an S2 2.9 for about 6 months once,, about 6 years ago now,, G171FDN if anyone knows it
I was new to Tvr, didn't know my outrigger from my stepper motor really and was like a bloke well out his depth, didn't discover Pistonheads until I'd swapped the S for my Chim which is now a great car,,,,
My S was already a great car and very original and very very beautiful in its own glorious way,
Yes S cars are exceptional. I can tell you I don't think of any other car I've owned and sold more than I do that great little red S, I miss it very much,
Weird as I didn't think I'd feel like that at the time! Only by buying the Chim did I realise how good the S was???

My Chimaera is fast and sounds fab but the S was just as fast at 30 mph in a restricted zone, just as fast at 70mph, how often I actually open up the Chim is questionable,, in essence the S was fast enough and has a great noise,,

If I knew what I know now I'd probably have kept the S and saved about 14 grand. hehe
