Ok can anyone recommend a Tom Tom that will accept GPX files .... i think its time for an upgrade
You'll need .itn files for a tomtom when you find a sufficiently retro unit that take itineraries.

Fortunately Longers had the foresight to send both GPX and ITN files, anyone would think he's done this before biglaugh

Longers is 'Tyre'less in his pursuit of excellence! thumbup

( Only a few dedicated followers will know what I'm referring to... wink )

Only a week to go. woohoo

Now is the time that household appliances start playing up:

Central heating pumps
Combination boilers
Electric showers
Washington machines*
Tumble dryers
Wives' cars
Office pencil sharpeners
Nespresso machines
Gobbling Teasmaids
Wives . ( I never said that, right? wink )

Any or all of these can suddenly become recalcitrant and try to interfere with your preparations for the S Club Tour.
Just be aware.
The best thing to do is chuck 'em out and get new ones. You cannot afford to spend valuable time on attempting makeshift repairs when you should be polishing your helmet in readiness for the track laps.

ETA: * I definitely typed "washing machines" but it seems Trump's men have infiltrated my autocorrect. rolleyes

Things have moved on recently Max... A lot of the newer TomToms can now read the itinerary files and they use GPX files wink

I looked at Tyre to travel but my limited tech knowledge stopped me from downloading, I usually end up cocking up my pc and relying on one of the kids to sort it out!
