S3 Body lift - new chassis

Good afternoon

Off to look at an S3, late 1990 tonight, I know it needs a new chassis and I suspect the suspension is badly corroded as well.
I know I can get a replacement chassis at £1950 + Vat and powder coating is around £80 a corner for the other suspension bits.

Just wondered if anyone has done a body lift and if so any details of how difficult or otherwise it was.

Just think a replacement chassis is a good start and while you’re doing all the work of removing the body you may as well
