what is this plug for?

so jacked up the car last week to inspect the front suspension, I found this plug dangling from the bottom of the bumper, it was routed along the bottom of the radiator and I have no idea what its for.

it seems to be just an electrical loop, the end of it is actually broken but the car runs fine.

its a 2000 450, have a feeling its Air Con related, I have never checked to see if the Air Con is working, tend to drive 99% of the time with the roof down so never needed to.

Ice detector thingy??

There's loads of random loose plugs down there, think they're mostly range rover stuff that we've got nothing to plug into.

Yes Ice sensor.
You can see the lump in the heatshring sleeving loop.
One of the normal suppliers (can't remember who) sells the sensor so you can make the repair.
