Replacement intake pipes - S3
Discussion
Folks,
Given some of the problems I've been chasing this year, many of which seem related to intake leaks, I have decided I want (rather than need) to change my intake pipes between AFMs and throttle body on my non-cat S3. I currently have black spiral wire reinforced ducting which due to the uneven way it terminates makes me paranoid I'm not getting a good seal. Yes, I could (and have) used self-amalg tape but it feel like a bit of a bodge.
Does anyone have any recommendations for better intake pipe? I found the one linked below which looks like it is perfectly designed to match with the AFMs/TB and take a hose clamp; has anyone tried these to know if they are for the AFM or Cat 2.9?

No explanation from TVR Parts Ltd. can only presume they are out of stock
Did they ever have any?
Did they have just one or two from when they bought back old spares stock from Original Dealers?
Will they be getting any more made?
Will they make the effort to mark as "out of stock" on Website?
Will they ever learn how to run a Parts Service (I've heard nothing but complaints)?

Having spoken to a recent purchaser can I recommend the following.
Measure your original hoses - lengths and diameter - if you still have them. Check for part numbers. Write down the information. Then call TVR Parts and check the parts match your details.
The photo shows one of the hoses for a 'C' car - ie no AFMs.
The factory hoses are two different lengths.

Well it might have taken them over a week, but TVR Car Parts have also given me a completely unexplained paypal refund. Not much of a way to run a business, I'll certainly be trying to avoid using them if I can in future!
So back to square one again, anyone know of some good replacement intake pipes for a non-cat S3? I quite fancy getting rid of the coil reinforced pipes that are on there at the moment.
